What is DISC Accreditation?

This accreditation gives you a complete understanding of the DISC model, as well as the practical application of the DISC assessment in developing, managing and selecting people. Our DISC Accreditation is an internationally recognised, two-day program that will equip you with the world's most contemporary and researched set of resources available.

DISC is one of the most applicable models in personal and organisational development. It is powerful. It is for this reason that DISC is one of the world's most popular assessment tools.

DISC is a four factor model that explains how we behave and communicate. The DISC language is simple, yet it is capable of improving communication, building relationships, increasing self awareness and awareness of others, reducing conflict, as well as building trust, cooperation and commitment. The fact of the matter is that DISC would not be able to maintain its immense popularity if it didn't prove itself time and time again with accurate reports that give readers the "ah-ha!" moment they need.

The content and timing of this session is guided by your needs. This session will give you more confidence with DISC debriefing, allow you to practice with profile reading, help you plan your approach to integrating DISC into your personal circumstance and clarify any DISC questions.

Other Accreditations

If you want to expand your understanding of organisational and people issues, allowing you to work within additional levels of human interactions, see our 5-in-1 Multi Accreditation page. We offer a complementary set of assessments that measure different aspects of an individual. For example, DISC measures how we behave, but why do we behave that way? This is a valid question that is answered with the Workplace Motivators assessment. A combination of assessments offer more depth to your understanding of the whole person, and therefore give you a broader knowledge base to develop your team or solve interpersonal problems.

Public Program

Our two day public DISC Accreditation program is facilitated by highly experienced professionals with no less than 15 years experience accrediting people in the DISC model. DISC Accreditation is held around the country at regular intervals. Please check our Events section (in the right panel) for dates near you, or give our friendly team a call.

In-House Program

Some of our clients choose to have our DISC Accreditation run in-house. This option is available for groups with a minimum of 5 participants. The in-house option is particularly suited to HR, L&D and training teams within larger organisations that want some personalisation to their DISC Accreditation. This option is also suitable for consulting/training companies with a team of facilitators.

Please note: Minimum of 5 participants, and this investment does not include venue hire or catering.

Facilitated Online

Our online DISC Accreditation program is delivered through a series of facilitated webinars. This option is available for people who cannot attend one of our scheduled public accreditation programs, but who still want the opportunity to be accredited.

Please note: Minimum of 3 participants to deliver online DISC Accreditation.
