Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Auckland and all over Australia & New Zealand
Why our DISC Accreditation?
Because our course provides you with more than just DISC! Our DISC Accreditation is uniquely designed to incorporate and integrate two additional models to help you understand people more completely. As the largest distributor for TTI Success Insights in Australia and New Zealand, we have access to a complete suite of tools for understanding people. That is why our course is done via the Science of Self™ Accreditation — 3-days, 3 accreditations, giving you access to 6 tools (including the world famous DISC Profile).
This page will focus on the DISC component of the accreditation but for a more complete understanding of the accreditation process and inclusions please see the Science of Self Accreditation
Our program will provide you with the knowledge, resources and support you need to effectively apply the DISC model in your organisation. With over 30 years’ experience in applying this model and accrediting 1000s of professionals all over Australia and New Zealand (including Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Auckland and Wellington to name a few) you are in good hands.
“Having accredited thousands of people around the country, you can rest assured you're in good hands.”
What is DISC Accreditation Training?
Our training gives you a complete understanding of the model, as well as the practical application of the DISC assessment in developing, managing and selecting people. Our training is an internationally recognised, two-day program that will equip you with the world's most contemporary and researched set of resources available.
DISC is one of the most applicable models in personal and organisational development. It is powerful. For this reason, DISC is one of the world's most popular assessment tools.
The DISC model is a four (4) factor model that explains how we behave and communicate. The language used is simple, yet it is capable of improving communication, building relationships, increasing self-awareness and awareness of others, reducing conflict, as well as building trust, cooperation and commitment. The fact of the matter is that the TTI Success Insights DISC profile would not be able to maintain its immense popularity if it didn't prove itself time and time again with accurate reports and resources that give readers the "ah-ha!" moments they need.
Who Will Benefit?
It is easy to say everyone will benefit (because it's true), but certainly after 30 years in the assessment business, we can identify the two main groups of people who work with us most:
Internal Professionals Human Resources Organisational Development Learning and Development
External Professionals Recruiters Trainers Coaches Consultants
The people who come to us most often, and therefore benefit most frequently, work with organisations to recruit, select, develop and manage the performance of great people. That being said, these clients apply the assessment tools and their accreditation knowledge to division heads, frontline managers, middle managers and senior leaders to name a few - all of whom benefit.
What Will You Get?
Your training includes the world's most comprehensive and flexible guide - the DTS DISC Resources Kit and Facilitator's Guide. You receive more than 250 workbook pages customised to include your organisation's information, PowerPoint slides, research and validation data and much more.
