What is Emotional Quotient Accreditation?
This accreditation gives you an understanding of emotional intelligence, as well as the practical application of the TTI EQ assessment in developing, managing and selecting people. Our Emotional Quotient Accreditation is an internationally recognised, two-day interactive program that will equip you with the world's most practical and business-focussed set of emotional intelligence resources available.
The TTI EQ measures five dimensions of emotional intelligence so you gain a comprehensive view of your intrapersonal (self) and interpersonal (self and others) emotional intelligence.
The reason this assessment far surpasses other EQ tools is because it is business-focussed and designed for leaders, managers and the like. The report is geared towards people who set the tone and culture for interpersonal interaction in the organisation or team.
Unique only to emotions is the fact that emotions are carried down an organisation's hierarchy, basically affecting everyone. The content and timing of this session is guided by your needs. This session will give you more confidence with EQ debriefing, allow you to practice with profile reading, help you plan your approach to integrating EQ into your personal circumstance and clarify any questions.
