Stress Quotient Infographic

The following infographic is an introduction to our Stress Quotient assessment, which is from our partner TTI Success Insights. This tool measures 7 core factors and 17 sub-factors of work-related stress.

Our approach to stress is based on the Whitehall studies, which are famed for drawing attention to some of the most powerful determinants of health in society. Building on the stress factors highlighted by the Whitehall studies, as well as important contributions made by other researchers, TTI developed the Stress Quotient.

This valuable tool measures common workplace stressors in individuals and groups that can be applied to any business, regardless of industry or company size. This Stress Quotient Infographic is a helpful introduction, and please feel free to contact us for more in-depth information.
