If you rate low on Self-Regulation (TTI EQ) and high on the Dominance axis (DISC), what will that look like? Seeing how these two measures interact is highly insightful. To answer our own question, low Self-Regulation and high Dominance produces a quick to anger person, who cannot control the impulse to act. Through a debrief of the personality assessment profile, this person could understand why he acts the way he does and improve control when experiencing emotions.

What is Behavioural Intelligence Measured in the DISC Behavioural Assessment?
Behavioural Intelligence measured in a personality assessment profile is made up of two separate assessments. The report combines two models well-known for and validated in measuring human performance: the DISC behavioural model and the TTI Emotional Quotient (EQ). These models are described in more detail on their own individual pages; however, a few highlights of each model are below.
TTI Emotional Quotient The TTI EQ measures a person's level of emotional intelligence, which is the ability to sense, understand and effectively apply emotions to facilitate higher levels of collaboration and productivity. The report provides insight into two areas: intrapersonal (self awareness, self regulation, motivation) and interpersonal (empathy and social skills) emotional intelligence.
DISC Profile DISC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Compliance) measures your behaviour and communication style. The DISC hehavioural assessment is one of the most popular assessments across Fortune 500 organisations for personal and professional development. The reason the DISC profile is so invaluable is because it offers a language (or set of terms) to describe observable human behaviour. As behaviours are at the surface of who we are, it is critical that we understand the actions we take and how we are perceived.
With a combined understanding of your emotional intelligence and behavioural style, you are able to go from the inside-out to improve your performance. Get EQ and DISC Accreditated
In order to access the Behavioural Intelligence profile, you need to be both DISC Accredited and TTI Emotional Quotient Accredited. These accreditations are run separately, and the dates for each can be found on their respective accreditation pages.
