What is DISC-Motivators?
The DISC-Motivators is made up of two separate assessments. The report combines two models well-known for and validated in measuring human performance: the DISC behavioural model and the Workplace Motivators. These models are described in more detail on their own individual pages; however, a few highlights of each model are below.
Workplace Motivators The Workplace Motivators explains why we move into action as well as what motivates us to achieve, sell, manage, connect with customers and more. The assessment measures six values. Because our values shape the way we see the world, our values motivate us to take action. Therefore by measuring values, the Workplace Motivators is able to produce a report that identifies why we do what we do.
DISC Profile DISC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Compliance) measures your behaviour and communication style. DISC is one of the most popular assessments across Fortune 500 organisations for personal and professional development. The reason the DISC profile is so invaluable is because it offers a language (or set of terms) to describe observable human behaviour. As behaviours are at the surface of who we are, it is critical that we understand the actions we take and how we are perceived.
With a combined understanding of your behavioural style and intrinsic motivators, you are able to understand the two outer layers of human performance. This gives you in-depth knowledge about who you are and enables you to develop personally and professionally faster. Get DISC-Motivators Accreditated
In order to access the DISC-Motivators profiles, you will need to be both DISC Accredited and Workplace Motivators Accredited. These accreditations are run separately, and the dates for each can be found on the respective accreditation pages.
