Psychological Safety

Linking team dynamics to bottom-line performance!

What is Psychological Safety?

The construct of psychological safety centres around the principle that it is important to create a workplace in which perceptions of interpersonal risk are minimised. It is a shared belief that ones team is a safe place to take risks. This represents the result of how we feel in the social context of work.

Psychological safety is a key factor in facilitating the process of learning, organisational change, employee engagement and performance.

We are delighted to offer a new tool that accurately measures a teams psychological safety and links it to the key performance indicators of the business.

Given our consulting team is relatively new to the tool (although experienced in their fields), we are offering opportunities for businesses at a reduced cost so that we may gain practical experience with the new tool and equally support your business with the valuable data and recommendations.

We envision undertaking a 6 week project with at least 100 participants from your organisation. This is an opportunity to register your interest with no commitment required.

Please select one of two ways to register your interest:

  • Complete the form on this page, and we will contact you to arrange a 30 minute consultation; or
  • Click "Schedule a Discussion" below to directly book a 30 minute consultation time that suits you.

We are happy to answer your questions about the tool and see if your business would benefit from the data and recommendations.

When measured appropriately, psychological safety correlates with an organisation’s KPIs. This measurement integrates seamlessly with traditional management tools such as internal benchmarking where it helps managers identify and prioritise risks and opportunities. Psychological safety provides new and deep insights into workplace performance.
