Why Use Personal Talent Skills Inventory?

In order to realise your potential, you first need to understand what you are actually capable of - that is where the Personal Talent Skills Inventory (PTSI) comes in. PTSI helps individuals to be more effective in their personal and professional lives by revealing who they are across three dimensions of thought processes.
Everyone's brain has a unique thought process or model, through which we filter and assess our views of the world. These patterns of thought determine the personal talents we bring to any situation or role. Therefore, understanding the patterns enables us to understand our potential.

What is Personal Talent Skills Inventory?
The PTSI is based on the mathematical science of Axiology. Axiology was developed by Robert S. Hartman whose research showed that there are three ways we perceive and assign value. By understanding a person’s clarity and focus in each of these thought processes, we can accurately measure their natural talents.

For example some people are very strong practical thinkers, making connections between cause and effect quickly. While others might be strong in identifying with and understanding others' strengths, limits, feelings etc. These talents shape the tasks we find easy and the tasks that require more concentration and focus.
For example, consider an internet connection. For the talents in which we are strong, we can process lots of data quickly (like a fast internet connection). For the actions we find more challenging, we can still process them, but a little slower (like a dial up connection). The PTSI measures the connection speed of our connection across 67 different personal talents.
The PTSI achieves its incredible accuracy by assessing a person’s clarity and focus in these three separate dimensions of thought:
Systemic: Definitions, structure and order. Extrinsic: Comparisons, practicality and usefulness. Intrinsic: Feelings, emotions and individuality.
People use each of the three dimensions in varying degrees; however, all are used in the process of making a decision. These differing perceptions define how we think and make decisions. This unique pattern of thinking provide us with the natural talents that develop as a result.
