What is Mentoring Partnerships?
Mentoring is a powerful form of learning and knowledge transfer. In this knowledge worker economy, having a system for transferring "tacit" knowledge is increasingly important because tacit knowledge cannot be transferred easily in a training session. Tacit knowledge is learned over time with first-hand experience in a role, and as a result, it is rarely transferred - until now. With Mentoring Partnerships, that knowledge can be captured, shared and leveraged.
Mentoring Partnerships is the result of many years of working at the 'Coal Face' with organisational development professionals to facilitate mentoring programs.

Process Overview The Mentoring Partnerships process is a unique and powerful way to help your organisation teach itself how to share knowledge (especially tacit knowledge). It is unique in that we teach your organisation and the people within it to mentor themselves - as opposed to us being their mentor.

Mentoring Partnerships can be run for 20 team members or 200. The system is designed to be flexible and scalable to suit the needs of your organisation.
